What data we process

This website has no forms and does not ask for personal data. Only the technical data needed to display and protect the pages (IP address and browser data) is processed, for as long as necessary.

• Enquiries on WhatsApp or by email: if you ask about a work, we use your name, number or email and what you tell us only to reply and, if you buy a work, to arrange the sale and delivery. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., with its own privacy policy.

We do not create profiles or make automated decisions with your data.

Legal basis and retention

Our legitimate interest in displaying and protecting the website; your consent when you write to us; and, if you buy a work, the sales contract. We keep contact details while we deal with your enquiry and, if there is a sale, for the periods required by law.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Cloudflare (web hosting and security) acts as data processor.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to info@amoryodio.es, enclosing proof of identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
